Dezign Experts has a 48–72-hour turnaround time for most design services. This is not the complete time from start to finish for a project, only the turnaround time for a single iteration of a design stage. Depending on the kind of service, the time required for revisions could be a minimum of 48 hours to 72 hours (2 working days). For example, Logo/Website orders placed or revisions requested on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday. Orders or revisions requested on a Friday will be delivered by end of Tuesday.
We rework the ordered design and keep revising it until you are 100% satisfied (depending upon your package).
At Dezign Experts, we guarantee that all of our customers' logos/websites are made from scratch. This way you will have a logo/website that is tailor-made for your requirements. We guarantee that your logo/website will be unique and impress your clientele.
Dezign Experts will not be responsible for creating or populating content (e.g., text/images) into the website, unless purchased exclusively. In such cases, we will populate the website with client-approved content, stock imagery (purchased upon approval), and product details provided by the client. We are not responsible for any similarities between images used on the site and other websites.
Dezign Experts does not share customer information regarding their project or contact details with anyone. The client's personal and project information is kept confidential at all points. Once the project is completed successfully, both parties agree not to intentionally defame or disparage the other with respect to matters arising after project completion.
Our Customer Support Team is available Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM GMT. All other queries after business hours should be emailed through the client portal and will be addressed on the next working day. We also offer 24-hour customer support via our official channels.
Dezign Experts is primarily a design service provider. We provide basic information and settings for technical aspects included in packages. We are not responsible for detailed training, installations, or troubleshooting on the client's end. This includes website deployment, hosting (on third-party servers), CMS usage, and email setup. Hosting provided by us is a complimentary service acquired from third-party providers. There is no Service Level Agreement unless a separate maintenance plan is purchased.
All feedback, revisions, refund requests, or project-related instructions must be submitted through the official Project Camp Account platform or official emails (e.g., info@dezignexperts.com) to be considered valid. We are not responsible for communications made through unofficial channels.
All design order files are delivered to your account area as specified on the Order Confirmation. Policies pertaining to revisions and refunds are based on the delivery date and time. We deliver customized designs within 5 to 7 days. Rush delivery (first samples within 48 hours) is available for an additional fee.
We maintain records of your finalized designs. You may request final files again in the future, and we will provide them upon request.

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement for full refunds on cancellations unrelated to the service. A 33% administrative fee may apply after 24 hours. Refunds are at the discretion of management and subject to our policies. After refund, you will not have rights to any designs unless mutually agreed in writing.
Refund is generally not provided in the following cases:
Services such as Copyright Protection, Hosting, SSL, Domain Purchase, Maintenance, SEO, Social Media Marketing, etc., are not eligible for refunds. Partial refunds may be offered at management's discretion for non-covered services.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
